Only Owner (Mrs. Nina lekhi is good) However she doesn't have full update from HOD what's going on in the market and compensation.

Favouritism is Very HIGH in Baggit. If they hire you and after sometime they get any of their friends to work then they will Remove you , just to hire their own favourite person. Sales HOD doesn't wants to cope up with the market trend, the market, customer requirement hence baggit is being removed from many large format stores PAN india. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> No job security and stability</mark>. I was working with HR team. 1) Two old employees have safeguarded their future where in one does only recruitment and the other only PMS and system. 2) Company wants everything to be on system but mostly all work is on excel. 3) There is no job security. 4) No workife balance. 5) Youhave to spend at least 5 years with great stress to be in a stress free profile here. 6) 80% of employees are unhappy with their profile and comoanies work culture. 7) The org structure and OD is so bad that employee gets somuch of work that weekoffs go in working from home....Read More
