Personal life zero. Working hours min 11 hrs without any extra benifit. Appraisal not on time. All donkey and horses are in the same row while in the mean time of Appraisal. If you have good knowledge of buttering then possible you may get extra benifits while the time of Appraisal. Appraisal percentage approx 6%-8% normal.

Good Work environment and culture. All the staff and team mates are very supportive and our HOD sir and all other staff always encourages and support for new thing learning. Company policies are good .

I think there is a lot of politics in the upper management staffs, there is more employees who even not completed there DME but still receiving higher salary even they are not working to that extent.

Good job satisfaction, i struggled in the begging as there was no adequate training session. I learnt everything though experience. But this help me allot to improve my knowledge.

Growth is slow,the work pressure is high . Sometimes i have work 10-16 hours straight in a day.managers do not value of hardworking, unique strengths,also there is no on-job training for freshers,no knowledge development as required.
