Very long working hours (12 hours on normal days & can reach to 18 hours on busy days). Even working after 15-18 hours (I have even worked 35 hours in one shift few times) and day you are required to report at regular time next day. You have to work on Sundays too with no compassion for it. Not much scope for growth for fresher.

Why do i have to give even 1 star!!! Its a OK platform for freshers. But don’t expect too much! Its just like small scale fabrocation shop. Worst HR ever! No liable policies! No training given in 3 year of working span! Please ask salary structure befor joining.!!!!!!! Because there are no fair calculations for pf cutting.
