This is a good organisation . because I know ,I am working for 2 years 6months as dyeing operator. So I was see to working environment to excellence and to good. And very much respectable platform.

I think all working for aurodyeing mills to good but some Working routine is not good. just like working process slow in production.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
