Its absolutely autocratic company. No empowerment to any body. People who dont act like informer to the founder are humiliated. Humiliation of senior leaders is extremely common. Female leaders are screamed at very loudly on the floor by the founder. Founder walks and acts like a God.

If you are a female and ready to go to the farm of vivek bindra and looking for a job then this is the best company, you will get the growth also even if company is not meeting P&L and if you can drink with him then appraisal can be done at any time and could be double as well.

Everything, did not given appraisal from 2022, did not gave the incentive even after the policy was announce by the vivek bindra. No work life balance, no job security.
