Till the time Mr Kotecha was there the work atmosphere was very conducive for employees and everybody enjoyed working in BACCAROSE , they really had some good brands and Mr Kotecha valued employees contribution

Current Management is only for firing old employees and getting inexperienced people onboard . CEO who rejoined has a cartel of his own and he was always focused on accumulating air miles and travelling places on company’s money and keep cribbing that company doesn’t have money to retain people .
