This company is not meant for fresher...Full of politics and if u r not good in that ...u can not survive.. senior people like Sunil Pokhriyal and Harsh Agarwal harass the employers who are not interested in office politics..they started targeting the new comers..Overall worst decision to join this organisation.

They try to cut cost even very little things like napkins, no proper hygiene, office boy uses same cloth to clean toilet seat, the floor and basin. They provide tea and coffee which you won't like.

They have raffles to get people to put up good reviews. See all the fake google ones, thats because people were paid to put good ones. When covid hit, they did not supply us with laptops to work from home They called us into the office when covid cases were present in our office - making us risk our life and families... we told HR who did NOTHING!!!!!! Nobody really knows how to help clients, we have no training, everyone is looking for a new job. Not an employee centric company, Only thinks how to milk employees. There is no direction or plan, runs in wimps and fancies in upper management. Does not provide food free, no cabs and insurance also starts only after 6 months and if person leaves job, the amount is deducted from his fnf. Even when everything is fine now, still part salary is being deducted.

They are not supporting at all in this COVID situations. They are not providing even laptops for WFH and no reimbursement for WiFi. The workload is no less, even then they're deducting our salaries and benefits. Company is also calling employees to the office even after covid cases are found in the office premises. There are no allowances for night shifts even we have to do night shifts on monthly basis. There is no cab for the night shifts. No cafeteria in office. Compulsory deduction for food about 3K from salary. The manager is not having even work ethics and morals for his juniors. No holidays off even on Diwali, Holi, eid, etc. No team outings. No soft skill trainings.
