Exposure to bigger companies and elaborate procedures. However this is relevant to only those who are coming from a small firm or an average mid size firm.

Extremely ruthless behaviour. A manager's performance is measured in the number of hours saved from budgeted hours on every assignment. So to save those hours, the manager will ask you to report lesser hours than usual and torture you through out your work. The worst part is they reduce budgeted hours every year in the name of learnings, assuming that the same job will get faster every year. This not only is impractical but also jeopardises the quality. I didn't get 2 hours leave to get my father's Covid testing done in critical situation. Worked all saturdays and only prayed to get sundays. Couldn't get sick leave even on few sundays no matter how terrible my condition was. On reporting this to people's manager, even he didn't care to interfere....Read More
