Expense are paid every monts without any inquiry and they helps in chalanging tasks

Dislikes

Yeh appoint seniors have no leadeship quality, force employe for work using abusive words, makes frustated, deduct the salary in any concern etc

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
