Working with BL Harbert International is like working with many nations together, there is a lot to learn.

There is no Job security, do not expect respect from US staff (Some was good). Long working hours, less salary growth, work environment was very serious and close.

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? On my first here during 15 minutes of induction meeting the guy was literally telling us 50 different ways how an INDIAN can be terminated here. Mobile phone is not allowed inside for INDIANs. An American blue colored labour mason is boss to an Indian engineer and expect the guy to call him by adding Sir before his first name. Lunchtime for INDIANS is 30 min for others it is 1 hr. It's very common to hear words like mother fking Indians by so unskilled american who don't even know who to write emails....Read More
