Run by father and sons, Small firm No scope of growth after 2 years if you are fresher. No scope of growth or income if you are experienced All Key positions are held by father and his Sons.

Dislikes

No growth, Typical Delhi k punjabi wala attitude, they crib about money, Behavioural issues of Seniors. No Benefits.

Likes

It is a great place to learn and understand the nuances of the work. B&B being a boutique law firm and a small size firm gives you a lot more of exposure on the client side as well as get involved in the core work and not just stick to mundane tasks which is great to learn the trade.

Dislikes

Similarly being a small firm it has its linitations such as Capacity to pay as you grow up the ladder

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
