I loved the supportive nature of employee working in the foundation and conducive work culture . I experienced compassion and passion for the work people are doing in the foundation which is inspiring . The policy is employee friendly which provide supportive benefits to the employee. Dislikes

I found myself vulnerable in terms of personalised support which could be provided to me to avoid my resignation . As I have been suffering from cervical spondylolysis and E-coli so I was prescribed for complete bed rest for which I requested FOR leave without pay till I get cured which was not guaranteed . Therefore, I have had to resign. Additionally , I would like to raise concern on relocation allowance for new joinee. As per policy one will have to return the claimed relocation allowance in case he/she leave the foundation before 1 year of joining. But ,in my case I left foundation due to my illness when I had not got leave without pay . So on humanitarian ground foundation would have considered my grievance....Read More
