Job Description
Understand the process and operations of the assigned domain (e.g teacher development, community healthcare, university admissions)
Understand working of the assigned technology applications
Prepare user guides/videos
Setup the application and data
Train the users
Support the users
Track adoption
Analyze the data captured in the application and prepare reports and graphs.
Educational qualification : BCA , B.Sc ( Computer Science) , B.E/ B.Tech MCA
Working with set of users that may have less prior exposure to technology (e.g community volunteers health workers)
Using technology tools - mobile apps, web apps, reporting tools, Microsoft/Google productivity tools, multimedia tools etc.
Travelling and working in remote field locations
Communicating effectively in one or more Indian languages ( Hindi or Kannada)
