No system of work Communist supporting (mostly) No supporting for autside people(like alone and hindi version mostly who belong from long distance) (Leave problem)No leave given by manager when you ill and other poblem (mostly leave big problem) o Manger do not sign in leaavfrom when you inform at correct time even then No insurance card given by company in a proper time (like given after year) There is no team for best supporting of all mostly who is experienced and hindi version Salary not increased by company at a proper time (not yearly after two years like) Etc...Read More

salary deposit on time every month. not big issue for some part rejection.

extra wark pressure, as like continew 12hr deuty(daily complssury 4hrs ot) , two machine running and both machine full target, timely increments not given,here notice period is 3month but joining time hr dose not tell.

Work pressur, 12 duty compalsary, less amount given for OT, politics, If u have problem, HR department will not solve immediately, they take moths for solving, they don't take care about employees, they want only money, I have a PF problem they taken months still they not credited my PF money to PF account

To much work pressure, 2 machine working compalsary, if u have any PF problem or canteen or attendance problem, they HR department taken too much time, finally they not solve ur problem
