Alot of work pressure and two machines compulsory run every operator Hr department is worst they behave with operator like a servent and if you have any salary or any pf ya other problems hr department is not solve your problem

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
