The work culture at Aza is better than what I had read before joining. Your opinions are heard, appreciated and implemented by senior executives. It's bee a wonderful experience working at AZA. Last 6 months have been transformational at AZA. A lot of positive changes implemented at AZA under the leadership of New CEO, driven by Tech, Data and Product. the warehouse and Customer support processes at AZA were archaic and needed significant changes. You can’t trust this company the will conduct the interview discuss the salary and also provide the joining date and on the date of joining they will mention the position is on hold..my advice to anyone that wants to build a career this is not the organisation as they only collect your data and don’t really provide you a job..its a total waste of time
