Ayana has an excellent learning opportunities, good work life balance, very open culture, branch of talented folks to work alongside with. Overall a good company to work and nice work culture.

Dislikes

Coordination between cross functional heads could have been better. Not uses any project management software, all work in excel. Training to employees is less. No Diwali Bonus.
