Don't join this company if you don't want to get trap yourself in toxic work culture. There are no good leaders. My manger was one of horrible person that I come across in my entire tenure. They will torn you in pieces and made you feel that you are good for nothing. Don't join this company!!!!

None of the leaders of the account heads have any what is happening. By the moment, client email arrives the blame game gets initiated. One of the worst leadership that you can expect in the industry. It is good to be questioned and even blamed, but only worthwhile to hear if the leadership is of quality or has any skills. Most of the principles here, both of very low knowledge, low quality, communication skills, low ideas, clearly, you feel like respecting or even talking to none of them. So if you are working from others cites your rest of team setting on Gurgaon and noida office. Work from office policy are very bad.
