Everything is dislike Bacteria have bacteria like managers with 0 knowledge and professionalism. Even employees on maternity will be forced to work. They show fake sympathy and this the only company where they follow fish market culture. Managers are really idiots here. The recent middle management hired by the company has made it very difficult to work. The culture is gone, the feeling of satisfaction is gone. It has become just another IT company. HR policies are all over the place and the overall system has become very insensitive.

- Most ridiculous and disgusting organisation (not sure if I should call it an organisation or a bunch of donkeys) - work is pure labour with no skills and critical thinking involved - Managers and Leadership does not care about employees - Harassment, bullying and abusing practices are pretty common - If you raise concern to leadership or HR over harassment and politics in the team, they will remove you from the team and deny promotion and increment (and the people you raised complaint against will get promoted with no repercussions) - HR and Leadership does not do anything about harassment cases, even if you have solid proof with voice recordings - They hire illiterate people from cognizant to save cost and only favour them, and discriminate against other people - Favouritism and discrimination are pretty common practices there...Read More
