During Covid-19 time axiscades fired many more employees & manager retained only favour employees. Company did not respect all other employees worked for company growth They just fired they do have ethics

There is no job security. If their client close the business then they will stop you without any settlements and they will talk about their waste policies. You may lose a job within 6 months also... I have received one offer letter and mentioned that 5 days work in a week but after 2 months I received another offer letter and mentioned that 6 days work in a week. They will cheat like this. It's not company it is like a school. You feel like you are in school. The company is good for freshers but they mostly not hire for freshers.
