I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Worst response from HR's and they called me for face to face interview during this covid time...and as I observed such a rude behavior from HR's and they told 3.8 package for experience but they forced me for 18k even though they are even not taken 2min of face to face round...don't attract the people for face to face interview and don't inform false information to the people...
