The best thing about this company and being a fitness enthusiast myself, I like the fact that company has sports and fitness facilities for its employees. Within the company campus area, we here have, fitness center, gymnasium, and a sports room. Isn’t it amazing? I usually, go to fitness and gymnasium after my work hours. It’s a wow factor for a fitness fanatic person like me.

Since you have to deal with different programming languages, technologies and platforms, there is lots to explore and learn on a daily basis. Catering as per the changing project requirements is making me more efficient. I like learning new things which I get to do here while working. My communication skills have also improved. A satisfying experience till now.

You get comprehensive insurance policy over here. After facing Covid disaster, now we know how important it is to have such policies. Our jobs were secured by the company by permitting us to work remotely. It was indeed a game changing decision for us. We had a sigh of relief after getting to know about it. We were safely sided. Also, during pandemic, we had faced no concerns related to salary. We had it on time. I thank the company for having us our back during such worst times.

Don't give work based on your skill set. Cctv surveillance feels like jail. No work life balance. They hire you as a data analyst but send to survey. Work life balance is myth here. Request you do not join the company. They also sent you for survey on Sunday also. You have to work like prisoner for 10+ hour still not get recognition.

Worst company I've ever worked for. Work-life balance is a myth, you are constantly under CCTV surveillance, feels like you are in jail. You need to fill up an Excel before leaving for the day which needs to contain what have you done in a day with how many minutes you have spent on that task. Only 15-20 mins breaks are allowed ina day if you cross that then they will issue a warning, on the 2nd or 3rd instance they will deduct 1 day salary.
