The best thing about this company and being a fitness enthusiast myself, I like the fact that company has sports and fitness facilities for its employees. Within the company campus area, we here have, fitness center, gymnasium, and a sports room. Isn’t it amazing? I usually, go to fitness and gymnasium after my work hours. It’s a wow factor for a fitness fanatic person like me.

Since you have to deal with different programming languages, technologies and platforms, there is lots to explore and learn on a daily basis. Catering as per the changing project requirements is making me more efficient. I like learning new things which I get to do here while working. My communication skills have also improved. A satisfying experience till now.

Our jobs were secured by the company by permitting us to work remotely. It was indeed a game changing decision for us. We had a sigh of relief after getting to know about it. We were safely sided. Also, during pandemic, we had faced no concerns related to salary. We had it on time. I thank the company for having us our back during such worst times.

Social and team building events are organized so that we can socialize and build a good professional rapport with each other. The mgmt. over here emphasizes on it. One thing is for sure that it helps a lot while working on a daily basis.

Earlier, I was frustrated with the company I used to work for because even after working extra hours, I was not getting any overtime compensation.But since I join this company and sometimes it happens when we have to work for more hours due to project length and complexity, I appreciate the company that they give us overtime pay. So now I am very happy

Here you will have all sorts of leaves casual leaves, maternity leaves and paternity leaves, sick leaves, and many others. Just your cause of taking leaves should be genuine. Be honest with your situation, HR people will help you in your situation. They don't stand as a hurdle for you. I was assisted by HR guys when I needed paternity leave a few months back. I just love working here. My Manager and TL are very cooperative.They understand their team well.They don't speak in harsh way. They work out every challenging situation in a constructive way , even I have seen that happening in the most stressful hours.
