Pitching, voice modulation, effective communication are some of the things which I got to learn from my seniors. They provide constructive feedback always. This WFH made me miss the office environment a lot. I missed all those events, and programs that we used to have in office, everything. It is not that bad if i speak of WFH, but it doesn't give you feeling about real work environment around you will make you feel weary ar times. But certainly, this is not the case when you are in office, getting busy discussions with teams, sharing lunch, working together on projects, discussing doubts and many things. As per my experience working here, I could balance both my Professional and Personal life in well manner. This is due to flexible working hours, leaves and holidays. The best part is when you are on your holiday, there is no office interference that could disturb your holiday mood.

Dont join the company. Their reviews are also fake

Don't give work based on your skill set. Cctv surveillance feels like jail. No work life balance. They hire you as a data analyst but send to survey. Work life balance is myth here. Request you do not join the company. They also sent you for survey on Sunday also. You have to work like prisoner for 10+ hour still not get recognition.

Worst company I've ever worked for. Work-life balance is a myth, you are constantly under CCTV surveillance, feels like you are in jail. You need to fill up an Excel before leaving for the day which needs to contain what have you done in a day with how many minutes you have spent on that task. Only 15-20 mins breaks are allowed ina day if you cross that then they will issue a warning, on the 2nd or 3rd instance they will deduct 1 day salary.
