I love and is also proud to be part of this organization because I love the people I work beside. They are also my family.I have the freedom to experiment and fail and still I get the support. Everyday is a new day and I get to interact with varied groups and people too and this makes a learning for me . I enjoy that my job challenges me every day in different ways. The people of my organization are a pleasure to work with and make it enjoyable to come to work. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
