Politics much more, supervisor create unnecessary business pressure , extra workload, at a time do many works , assign task which is actually harassment,,, supervisor doing nothing, no holiday, if u sick even though BH asked u came to office, coming timing mentioned which sharp 8:50 am but going time not mentioned……..etc……etc…..

I beg everyone not to join this company this company is absolutely terrible no one teach you a process and they just shout at you and the Targets they give you are surely unachievable for new joiny and forget about office politics they give you hell This type of company does not only distroy your dreams they distroyed my career andfamily too because you can never be happy ......everyday you went through stress and they should at you in morning hurdle because entire funnel shout at just you for theri target I think RBI should close this bank effective immediately...Read More

As a fresher you need to understand the work culture and requirements of the bank. If you are experienced in sales the you need not to worry. in recent times lot of policy changes in the bank. But overall bank is good

Leadership issue in lot of branches. If you lucky then you get right one and career will go smoothly. Otherwise leader makes your career ruin from the beginning of the day.

There is no sitting place in workstations. And didnt recognized the performance. Appraisal not fair practise. Its totally bias. If you ask question about it.. You will be terminated. Non legal person are placed in legal post and they can take all kind of leave and etc.. They only get promotion ad rating every year...

Worst company to work with just like their worst service. The management is bully and threats you to take away your job away almost everyday . Not completing the target will make the management call you in head office and make you stay long hours after office even for girls. Will Tell girls to apply unacceptable means to achieve target. After merger of city bank , bank may be in loss hence looking for employee lay off , unnecessary sales presure . There is no good system like other bank for processing customer request and account opening, bank Working like 90's era , No redressal system, No one want to take responsibility.
