Likes

Axis Bank is Top 3 leaval bank also having good goodwill and brand in the banking Market so it's to proud to work in the axis Bank.

Dislikes

Work life balance is not in axis Bank. Need to changes of HR policy for which help to employees. Department internal politics is not good.
