Work culture of axis bank is good. Teammates here are supportive. There is not that much work pressure. Though salary provided is less as compared to other private sector bank but is a good company to start your career with.

You will have to work hard to earn little salary. There are no insentives for CSO. You will just get a little incentive after year end and that too depends upon the rating you get.
