Work Life Balance VP of Bangalore is a Gem of a person. Friendly atmosphere VP is the only pillar for Bangalore.

Dislikes

Surface level trainings. No in-depth trainings on administrative job. Inside Sales Target for operations personel. Zero leadership skills of senior members. Zero assets of the company, all are leased assets. Too much manual data usage. Zero automation in reports generation.

The organisation constantly provided Perks & additional benefits, along with ensuring timely disbursement of salaries.

One of the challenge i've faced is lack of Job security. Despite working hard and making personal sacrifices such as relocating to another state and being away from family, there seems to be no appreciation with in the team.
