1.Poor work life balance 2.Endless politics by the region head. The sole reason good resources have resigned & left. Many are finding it difficult to work because of poor leadership. 3.Senior Management won't support you while facing any challenges / to overcome it. Don't expect any support from them,you are on your own. 4.No Job satisfaction 5.New policies are made to harass the employees & clients 6.Nothing to learn or develop one's skills. 7.Unnecesaary numbers of meetings held in a day without any agenda & keep on piling the work. 8. TOXIC WORK ENVIRONMENT 9. No trainings are given to learn the work faster, from the first day itself employees are put to handle clients/complaints/rentals.
