The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable high quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. Management do not value an individual' unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times

Work Details

My work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire product and distribution life cycle as well as manage day to day yield operations. It will be a great learning experience.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
