If you are Chinese this would be a perfect place to have some experience once you have a difference in race (black to be specific) AVIC INTERNATIONAL is a nightmare.

Work Details

started off very interesting but after transfers you feel unwelcome

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Employee Benefits

such facilities are only provided to the Chinese nationals only, infact the kitchen would be locked up if there is no Chinese national around

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
