I certainly had the best experience in all front be it policies, open and inclusive culture, collaboration et all

Dislikes

AVEVA certainly keeps employees interest at core in any of the policies. I had never seen an elaborate Project Up-Lift to train the entire organization with Niche skills like cloud and AI.

Work Details

I work as Test Architect in the System Test group of EBU.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
