Job security is zero with Avesta. They select people for the client requirements. If any project end with less time then they will send the employee. And the client locations like client to client.

Dislikes

No job security even they send you back within 6 months span with 1 month notice period. They send to one client location. And that client can send to other client location. The salary deduction happens without proper reason.
