Manager, supervisors are supportive and well behaved. They listen whatever issues related to work we face and try to resolve.

Dislikes

Work life balance is not good- as per policy there is 5 days working but to complete the allocated task have to do work on weekends as well.

Worst. IN my case I have to do work on weekends as well due to no backup or supporting member. lack of resource compared to work.

Poor management, Biased people, when they will not find any excuse to scold you manager will say don't you know how to talk to me. This not the way to talk to me. Tameez se baat kar lo etc. They will force you to do what you don't like. Your interest don't matters to them.

Nothing to like at all. Its an organisation with old ppl who like to boss around. Of you don’t do it they won’t hesitate to kick you out without even thinking of impact on other’s stability

Favouritism and discrimination is on the next level here. HR’s here enjoys it the most and doesn’t even bother to hear the root cause of the problem. Negative job security You can be fired with out any reason and facts and proof regardless of your tenure and job level. Have seen people leaving in 2 months and 15 yrs

Due to brand image of the company Avery has a good acceptance in market, though competition is creating big challenges in terms of pricing & quality.

Dislikes

Working culture is very toxic, no team building activities, one can't talk freely with other team members even, so many restrictions. No transparency in terms of roles & responsibility. Once you start performing well, achieving targets, started getting good incentive senior management will drag you down to demotivate you.
