Very poor company culture. Company is least bothered about its employees and legacy policies are never changed in favour of employees. No team outings No gym No fitness allowance No childcare Poor cafeteria Worst HR behaviour Sinking not rising... Pro: Tax saving methods Multiple technology stack Average to good compensation Fair increments
