While joining the organisation they pay high salary, however next few appraisals will be very bad, eventually balancing out everything. The work timings are flexible.

Dislikes

Extremely poor senior leadership and non compliance work culture, with no focus on employee development. Constant changes in policies, working environment with no focus on business. High pressure, low culture working environment
