Frequent org restructures makes you feel less secure. Hikes are very less or not at all there. Job security is yet to be seen as org changes makes things confusing. Indian management is good but doesn't have much control.All decesion are taken from outside and hence very slow sometimes.

I had joined based on my technical skills but not getting much of technical work . Its mostly on old tech stack and that also development work is very less . Majority work is maintenance.

Nothing is there to like, they are playing just to show that, there are ko worthy people from pune side.

It seems like there isn't much opportunity for learning, lack of co operations. when mistakes were made they will place blame, when something good is accomplished they tend to take credit by stating that, this happend under their guidance. they took considerable amount of time to learn processes, and prefer individuals from pune to learn in 3 to 4 months. It appears that they are biased and resistant to change. They are playing with people's job. There hasn't been any skip level meetings. It seems challenging to trust on anyone from onshore. Need to hire proper teams in pune Location on priority. Very less support from upper management and hiring HR's . Also management needs to have more futuristic approach towards the product.
