A visionary director in true sense. Get loads to learn about teaching strategies. Genuine child centric approach. It adopts an engaging and interesting way of learning.

Dislikes

Extremely pressuring and difficult work deadlines to be met. Understaffed so have to do long hours of work. Wait back on a regular basis after the working hours. Have to get 1-2 hours of work on an average at home regularly. Poor work life balance.

Lot’s of politics. Salary is terrible. Working hours are always extended. If you finish your work early, you end up doing someone else’s work (who is favoured by the management) The notice period is the worst. They torture you terribly during this time period. The Principal is a pest. HR does not know any rules and regulations. They make their own rules.
