Good for students but hell for teachers. Rigorous work.

Dislikes

Everything. The special mention is salary is very less. Politics is on high level. The director is very biased.no career growth.

Though u get to learn a lot in terms of new teaching methods etc, but work culture is horrible. Favouraitism for employees, terrible salary , politics, and super duper long working hours. The meetings can go on n on for hours. Work life balance is zero. You can survive here only if you r a workohalic.

Do not join if you love your family.
