Nothing you will be totally dependent on your client you are deployed. Avacend only giving your salary and that also approval from client.

Dislikes

No work life balance.No extra work incentives.No skill development. Even no Saturday.some times you have to work on Saturday as well.

I have worked in Avacend solutions for Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. for 2.3 years. All executives are very supportive. Avacend management response is very quick. Specially Ms. Reshma Bhalekar and Mr. Santosh Sonawane. They resolve every query very quickly. Overall management is very good.
