Employee could learn, adopt & implement best practices on sector here. Senior management will give ample opportunity to polish your skills and appreciate it. Work culture is quite good as compareto peers in same sector. Coordination between the department is amazing here, as a result we commissions our projects before the timeline. Seniors are very knowledgeable and humble, one could learn from them....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
