Management is least bothered about actual problems. They don't even act on escalations. They bothered about only theirs monthly salary. No increment from 2019. Strict environment, partiality. Worst level politics. They can't directly remove you , so they start harrassing you mentally. If you checked data no one is old employee working at head office.
