Horrible.. the association runs on the basis of one man show...
Dislikes
no innovation, no creativity. certain formats to fill data sheets. no learning.. one man show. no job security. the DG hires people himself on the basis of his own intuitions. No proper interview and knowledge check and ask them to leave in 2-3 months.
seems like he jokes with employees future and career.
