I was with ADP during Dec 2019 and March 2020 just for 3 months. It was the most hard time of my life and professional career. Initially when i got the offer from ADP, i inquired about the company and got good review from my seniors who already worked in ADP. They also mentioned that it completely depends on the kinda of project that you will go in ADP. To my hard luck, i was kicked into a very dreadful project(RS-Service delivery) where i was mentally harassed by the Manager. Initially during the interview(same manager), i was not told about the night shifts and just informed that i have to extends my working hours if required. After completing 2 weeks, Manager called me and asked me to come to office in the night shifts, claiming that i can't learn and grow in ADP unless i come to office in the night shifts. To my surprise, all the teammates were forcefully been in the night shifts and shared their pain to me(I individually discussed with each one). The team mates were very kind, supportive, humane in all the way and were able to understood my pain.It went for a while.... I felt that i was not in the right place and have a take a big move. So, I decided to get back to the best of my-self. I tried naukri again. 3 weeks from there, i wrapped 3 MNC offers. I made a good move to get out of ADP and happy now. Learning curve has no abscissa / zero growth. No encouragements. No Manger Support. Manager does not know the technical limitations and shout at the team. Developers are not involved in the calls while getting the requirements.Only manager will get the requirements from clients. Manager will sleep until the dead line comes(does not provide proper data and requirements) and blames the team at the end. No proper Dev/QA/testing and higher environments and their alignments. No proper infrastructure. I worked on all out-dated versions(No one in the market using those out-dated versions) Unprofessional/Unethical. I was informed that i will leave the office early on one of the Fridays (Done early login around 11 AM) to catch my train in the night at 9:00 PM. While leaving at 8 PM, manager came to me and gave a task(Not at all important) and asked me to complete it before leaving. I was a big task, i left the office at 4:30 AM the next morning. I was in the office for more the 17 hrs. Note: In the end, he said he is wrong with some of his inputs and asked me to leave for that day and will continue it in the next week. No Job Security. Not informed about the night shifts during the Interview. Cab Services are very bad (Pick-up will be 2:30 hrs before login time) Cafeteria is very bad, they don't have proper night canteen even half of the employees are in the night shifts....Read More
