Dislikes

People prefer to communicate in their regional language. As an outsider who doesn't understand telugu, I found it difficult to talk to them. I was and am constantly asked to learn Telugu but they won't speak in english. It annoying and gets on my nerves.

Work Details

Payroll processing is challenging. Requires seriousness. It's an everyday learning process. You discover and learn new stuff related to payroll. Someone good with excel can easily understand reconciliation and do it.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Hello all, I'm writing too to express by disappointment of not finding the right job! I've worked with ADP as a US Payroll Analyst -Client Services and then with Rayden Interactive as a Senior Implementation Analyst -Client Success. My last drawn CTC was 12lakhs p.a and I'm not searching for a better position as well as pay out(15-18lakhs p.a) Suggestions, referrals would be very helpful... Thank you so much!
