Promotion, Increment are very low and bad. Most of the leaders are from TechMahindra call centre and they try and use the same management techniques only to make it very difficult for employees to grow and perform. The leaders are also too layed back. ADP India would hire you as an Implementation Specialist and give you a customer service representative title to only pay you low.
