1. Takes initiative for Employee engagement activities. 2. Provides cab facilities.

1. There is no work-life balance. 2. Doesn't know how to treat subordinates professionally. 3. No training & development is given at all to the newly hired employees. 4. HRBP doesn't take any action inspite of raising so many complaints raised by multiple employees for the same reporting manager. 5. Talks to their subordinates in a very ugly way.

I've worked with ADP as a US Payroll Analyst -Client Services and then with Rayden Interactive as a Senior Implementation Analyst -Client Success. My last drawn CTC was 12lakhs p.a and I'm not searching for a better position as well as pay out(15-18lakhs p.a) Suggestions, referrals would be very helpful... Thank you so much!
