the only thing i liked about the company is the amount of knowledge they give to their employees regarding ABA therapy, its systematic and detailed unlike whats generally I find in developmental centres.

Dislikes

I diliked everything, the work culture is super toxic, there are so many gossips, politics go around on your back, if you cannot butter your seniors they would give you cold shoulders, even the senior programme specialists do favouritism and behaves rudely with you. theres so much of partiality. The HR is of no use, the director is simply not involved, she comes in the afternoon and least bothered to personally analyse who is working in a better way, so all the senior staffs can manipulate the programme specialist and they tell their version to the director obviously. salary is like peanuts literally with the amount of work they give, and the risk that is involved. its 6 hrs of continous laborious job without taking break and you need to go through so much stress and anxiety due to the nature of the work, if you get hurt (mild to serious injury) due to a student, you pay for your treatment, the company wont cover it, and they only pay 30k. company culture is bad, no job security, work life balance is zero, salary is below average, no work satisfaction, only skill development is a plus....Read More
