It is an NGO, Job satisfaction is the major component..employees are very supportive, understanding. Organization carry great value.Helping out people gives a sense of motivation. Work culture & flexibility is wonderful. People oriented.

Dislikes

Lot many things to be sreamlined. Since new operating model implementation, lot of changes seen around. Hope it is for good. Some employees take advantage of the flexibility given. Once these are in line, things will.be better.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
