Teammates are good, helpful. Salary is not up to the mark, office timing is good, work environment is well,monotonous work, work load is not very high,one can easily balance professional and personal life. A good start for freshers. Well place for learn and understand the pharma background.

Salary structure, no growth,increment procedure is very poor.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
